Data Deletion Request

If you want KwickLingo to delete your personal data, you can request deletion using one of the options below.

How To Request

  1. Use our contact form and select a subject like “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Include the email address you used with KwickLingo (or any other identifier you may have provided).
  3. If you are requesting deletion on behalf of a business workspace, include your Business/Workspace ID (if available).

What We Delete

  • Account profile details (name, email, phone if provided)
  • Business/workspace settings you own
  • Chat logs and lead records associated with your workspace

Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, or billing reasons (for example, invoices/payment records).

Processing Time

We typically respond within 2–5 business days. If we need additional information to verify the request, we’ll contact you.
